The main goals of this Master are principally to meet the challenges of the financial and accounting instances by centering the curriculum on the most recent auditing, accounting, and financial techniques, approaches, and models. - Management control and accountancy
The concepts that are embedded are mainly: target costing, balanced scorecard, budgeting, ethics and the professional deontology of accounting system and.
- Financial analysis and accountancy
The analysis and interpretation of the financial information stemming from the financial statements and accounting documents is inferred in the context of the traditional and modern financial tools.
All the missions of the auditors are fully expounded with an emphasis on the practical cases.
The basic and advanced tools of management control constitute the “meat” of this course.
- Specific-sector Management control
Management control is analyzed after taking account of the sector-specific characteristics, such as banking, touristic sector, servicing, etc.
- Groups and corporations accountancy
This course describes the different accounting stages for the constitution of the groups, raising authorized capital, and so forth.
- Financial Diagnosis of distressed firms
This course deals with the financial analysis of financially-distressed firms and how implementing CHAPTER 11 becomes possible in the light of their distress. It also advances their return analysis using the commonly-used financial ratios.
- Corporations and groups valuation
Many recently developed methods are used such as EVA, MVA, valuation methods based on market values comparison, DCF, real options, etc.
The financial securities and their characteristics are discussed from the peculiar angle of legislation. Certainly, such characteristics vary across countries, which gives rise to an important number of differences and similarities of financial instruments.

- Computerized applications and NTIC (New Information and Communication Technologies)
This course analyses jointly the role of new information and communication technologies in shaping the new context of corporations. Many computer applications are used for corroboration.
- Financial and Accounting Packages
Introduction to Risk Metrics, Credit Metrics, Bloomberg, Reuters, Condor, etc.
The professional training period lasts three months in a privately-held or publicly-traded corporation.
The dissertation must focus on a recent topic that is simultaneously related to theory and practice.
